PURE Annual Conference at the University of Lübeck

The annual conference of the German-speaking PURE user community took place in Lübeck from May 19 to 21, 2025. Around 50 people from various research institutions in Germany and Austria took part in the event, with 30 of them in attendance at the University of Lübeck, the event's host. In the panel, research officers from universities, colleges and research institutions exchanged views on questions, challenges and solutions in dealing with Elsevier's PURE software. This time, the discussions focused on the future AI module, cloud hosting and reporting in PURE.

The University of Hamburg has shared the speaker-ship with Kiel University (CAU) since 2019. Two meetings are held each year, one in spring on site at a participating institution and one in fall online. In addition to the UHH, the UKE and HCU are also involved from Hamburg.
