Training courses on research data management (RDM)
Since the winter semester 2017/2018, training courses on research data have been established. Different formats are offered, including keynote speeches, lectures or workshops. Basic RDM topics are taught to different target groups (students, doctoral students, post-docs) in accordance with the learning objective matrix. These include topics such as "Cleaning data", "Sharing data", "Reusing data", "Copyright and licensing of research data" or "Research data in the collection context".
If you have any questions about events or consultations, please indicate your name, department and research project or your request in advance at forschungsdaten"AT"uni-hamburg.de.
Training for the Research Information System (RIS)
The CRDM offers various training courses on the use of the Research Information System (RIS). Basic training courses are offered regularly in German and English to teach the basics of entering publications. Registration is possible via the website. On request, training courses for small groups can also be held in our seminar room at Monetastraße 4 in Hamburg Rotherbaum or at your location. The content can include further questions on how to use the RIS, e.g. how to submit a third-party funding notification. Please contact the FIS team at fis"AT"uni-hamburg.de for specific training requests.
