Camellias - Collection from the Loki Schmidt Garden now shown in the Collection Portal FUNDus!

The FUNDus! Collection Portal now also presents the camellias from the outdoor area of the  Loki Schmidt Garden . FUNDus! presents 30 of the 50 varieties of  Camellia,  which originates  mainly from Japan and is shown in the sheltered areas of the Japanese Garden.

FUNDus! provides further virtual insights into the diversity of the Botanical Garden of the University of Hamburg by publishing selected  dahlias and wood lilies (Trillium) from the open air area, bromeliad,  titanium root plants und noonday flowering plants  from the collection greenhouses as well as unique  palm ferns from the (currently closed) display greenhouses..
